Working with children, adolescents and families
Our therapists, in addition to working with individuals, have experience working with children, teenagers, and families.
Through play, conversation, and creative techniques, support is provided to children facing emotional challenges, school-related stress, anxiety, or behavioral issues. Our goal is to develop strong foundations for emotional development and confidence. We help children understand and process their emotions, whether it's stress, anxiety, sadness, or other emotional challenges.

Working with parents is of great importance, as they are the main support for their children and are often an integral part of helping them cope with various challenges. Parents themselves often have various dilemmas related to different topics that arise during their child's development.
Some of the issues that arise in early stages include stress and separation difficulties from parents when starting daycare or school, behavioral problems, anxiety, psychosomatic complaints, difficulties adjusting to peer groups, stress during parental divorce, aggression, coping with traumatic experiences, and more. As for older age groups and adolescence, problems are diverse and often result from emotional, social, or hormonal changes during this developmental period, as well as unresolved issues from earlier stages.

Some of the common psychological issues among teenagers include concerns about appearance, negative self-image, difficulties fitting in with peer groups, anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, substance abuse, problematic behavior, suicidal thoughts, and strained family relationships, among others.
Different challenges arise at different ages, from adaptation issues in daycare to more complex adolescent issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, or family relationships. Our goal is to provide support through these stages, helping children and their families overcome these challenges and build healthier foundations for the future.
